Responsible for staffing and coordinating reception desk functions: answering phones, directing guests, sorting mail, maintaining form center, coordinating mailings and ordering office supplies. Maintains current ministry and community resource information for staff and neighborhood residents. Coordinates office operations which includes tenant rentals of office areas and in-kind donation drop-off. Coordinates family services which include event registration and emergency requests. Also responsible for providing administrative support and/or project coordination for managers, as needed.
