The Nurse Practitioner/Health Services Manager oversees all health services at City on a Hill which include a monthly Health Outreach and staffs a Free Health Clinic that operates three days per week. This position includes a large clinical component, providing primary care to uninsured patients in the Free Health Clinic. The Nurse Practitioner/Health Services Manager is integral to patient treatment, education, follow up, and clinical data gathering. This position will have a role in the evaluation of the Free Health Clinic, helping to ensure that it accomplishes its objectives by effectively measuring and reporting outcomes.
Specialized Know-How & Requirements:
Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner with current Wisconsin license.
Minimum five years’ experience in a clinic or hospital setting, management experience preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment of changing priorities, multi-tasking, competing deadlines. Creative problem-solver, who takes initiative, uses good judgment and thinks ahead.
Self-starter; high energy and high productivity worker.

High degree of proficiency with the full MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and the Internet.
